How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Luckyheavy Windows & Siding wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You are welcome to contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Luckyheavy Windows & Siding
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed from it. Keep in mind that Luckyheavy Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, handle warranty claims or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@luckyheavy.skin and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Send It
We will confirm receipt by email. Then we will review what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about contractors, a state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
